Sykesville Man Two Juveniles Arrested for Attempted Day Light Burglary in Westminster

Three would be burglars were arrested Sunday for an attempted residential burglary at 16 Fitzhugh Ave., Westminster in the late morning hours November 8.

A small amount of jewelry was recovered from one of the suspects that has not been identified. It is believed that this recovered property was taken in another crime.

The recovered items are:

A woman’s style class ring with a blue stone.

A yellow gold ring with 3 diamonds

A yellow gold ring with a purple stone.

A woman’s bracelet.

Two juveniles and one adult were arrested and charged with First and Third Degree Burglary. The juveniles have been processed and released to parents/guardians.

The adult has been identified as Ryne Jeffery Gassaway , 20 years of age, from Sykesville, Md. Gassaway remains incarcerated in the Carroll County Detention Center in lieu of $20,000.00 bond.
