Above the Fold
Thanks for stopping in. Please bear with us as we methodically revamp this site. As this process unfolds we will be adding content sporadically as the summer unfolds. Our goal will be to add content daily culminating into a full time daily source for news and opinion for Carroll County, the region and Maryland in general. By the fall we hope to become part of your daily reading list.

As we approach future election cycles our aim will be to restart our printed editions monthly and working towards a weekly publishing cycle. Rest assured we are not here to compete or replace existing media in the region. Their demise will be a forgone conclusion by their own self-serving hands and dishonest support of a socialistic government bent on controlling every aspect of our personal and business lives.

The emanate death of newspapers across the country is a result of the MSM projecting the talking points of a political party or agenda. There is no original thought left in those publications and the public trust and patience is worn thin.

As we are outsiders to the liberal publishing world we do not expect any support or acknowledgment from regional and local papers. We do have some 30 years in this business and have come to the conclusion that there is no honor left in the operation of old media newspapers. We hope to change that. We are not here to impress them or endear ourselves to them.
