Honor in Office: Rallying for Legislative Reform

Join Honor in Office on Capitol Hill, from July 17 through July 20 where concerned citizens from all over the country will be rallying for legislative reform.
Currently, our Congress is able to add hundreds of pages to a bill in the middle of the night and pass it the next morning. A bill can be passed by the House and the Senate and then signed into law by the president all in a single day. This is insane!
With a legislative procedure such as this, there is no way for us to protect ourselves from poorly thought out laws or laws which favor the self-serving or misguided.
Citizens should be able to review the absolute final version of a bill long before the vote so that we can see whose fingers are in the pie and act, so that we can advise our representatives and provide thoughtful input, and so that we have enough time to mobilize to protect ourselves
We need your support in making as much an impact as possible on Congress during this rally. You can help by attending our rally and also signing our petition, which will be presenting to Congress.
Please sign the petition here: www.foolsonthehillmovie.com/petition and also let us know if you will be able to join us July 17 – 20th. Email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
