Thieves Pilfer Four Heat Pumps in Sykesville

10-41471_Theft_001Since August 18, thieves have cut the electric and supply lines of units at an existing home in the 800 BLK of Chanter Drive, and two units at a new home under construction in the 2000 BLK of Oden Way.  Over this past weekend, thieves removed a fourth unit from a business in the 100 BLK of Klee’s Mill Road.  Total loss estimates exceed $5000.

The Sheriff’s Office investigation continues…  Anyone with information about these incidents is asked to contact the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Section at 410-386-2900, or the toll free anonymous TIPS Hotline at 1-888-399-TIPP (8477).
